Quick and healthy breakfast recipes that taste delicious

We all know, Often our mornings set the entire sentiment for the rest of our day. If you have a nasty morning you'll likely feel more hassled throughout the day; and if you have a pleasant morning, you'll likely feel more pleased and energetic throughout the day.

Morning breakfast also plays an important role to stay energetic the whole day. It is often called 'the most vital meal of the day. Breakfast wrecks the overnight fasting span. It boosts your stamina levels and vigilance, while also providing other essential nutrients required for fitness.

But Nowadays in a hectic schedule, we ignore healthy breakfast though it's important to consider.
So, here I'm sharing 4 quick and mouthwatering recipes which are healthy as well. 
Here we go with amazing recipes😃, Try daily something new as per your appetite and craving. Start your day with a delicious and healthy breakfast🤝. 

1) VEGGIE PANCAKE:-

Ingredients:-
*1 cup semolina/sooji (fine grind) 
*1/2 cup yoghurt/curd
*1 tsp salt
*Chopped Onion- 1/4 cup
*Chopped Carrot- 1/4 cup
*Chopped Coriander leaves- 1/4cup
*Chopped Cabbage- 1/2 cup
*Chopped French beans- 1/4 cup
*Chopped capsicum- 1/4 cup
*Chopped Tomato- 1/4 cup
*2 green chilli
*Grated ginger (as per taste)
*1/2 tsp Garam masala
*1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
*1/2 tsp Coriander powder
*1/2 tsp Cumin powder
*1/2 tsp Baking soda 
*2 tbsp oil 

Procedure:-
–Take semolina in a bowl.
–Add yoghurt and mix it well.
–Add water to make it a little thin or smooth.
–Cover the bowl and leave it for 20 minutes. (So that semolina can soak excess moisture in the batter)
–After 30 minutes, You'll see that batter becomes thick. 
–Add salt (as per taste) and add some water to make the batter smooth.
–Mix it well.
–Now, add all the vegetables into the mixture.
–Add other spices- Red chilli, Garam masala, Coriander powder, Cumin powder and mix it well.
–Then at last we will add Baking soda.
Now the batter is all ready to cook.
–Take a pan and pour 2tbsp oil into the pan (grease pan properly)
–Pour the batter into the pan and spread it properly.
–Cover the pan and cook it for 10-12 minutes on low flame.
–Then flip it and add some oil (let the other side cook for 5-7 minutes on low flame).
–Once it is cooked from both sides appropriately, take it out.
Delicious Veggie pancake is all ready to serve, you can serve it with green chutney or with tomato ketchup.

2) DHOKLA:-
(A healthy dish from Gujarati cuisine.)

Ingredients:-
*1/2 cup Toor Dal (Arhar)
*1 cup Raw Rice
*1/2 cup Curd or Yoghurt
*2 Green chillies 
*1 inch Ginger
*1/4 tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
*Pinch of turmeric powder.
*Salt (as per taste)
*1/4 tsp Baking soda
*Water (as per requirement)
*1 tbsp Oil
*1 tsp Mustard seeds
*Coriander leaves
*5-6 Curry leaves
*1 tbsp sugar
*Lemon juice (1 lemon)

Procedure:-
–Mix Toor dal and Rice in a bowl.
–Wash and Soak for 3-4 hours.
–Then grind them into a smooth batter.
–Now add Curd, chopped Ginger, Asafoetida, Turmeric, Salt and mix them properly.
–Add some water to make a good consistency of the batter.
–Mix well and keep the batter aside for 10-20 minutes.
–Grease a mould with oil 
and parchment paper.
–Now pour the batter into the mould and steam it for 15-20 minutes on low flame. 
–Keep the baked dhokla aside to a little cooldown.
Seasoning:-
–Take a pan and put 1 tbsp oil into it.
–Then put mustard seeds and curry leaves into the pan.
–Then add sliced green chillies.
–Add some water and sugar into the pan (make sure both are in the same quantity).
–Add lemon juice.
–Cook them for a while and then pour this seasoning on semi cooled baked dhokla.
–Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it with green chutney or tomato ketchup.

3) CHICKPEA PROTEIN SALAD:-

Ingredients:-
*2 cups Boiled Chickpeas
*1/2 cup Paneer slices (Cottage cheese)
*1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
*1/2 cup chopped onions
*1/2 cup chopped cucumber (without pealed)
*1/2 cup roasted peanuts
*1/3 cup chopped coriander leaves
*1 tbsp Virgin olive oil
*1tbsp lime juice
*1 tsp salt or as per taste
*1/2 tsp Black salt
*1 tsp chaat masala
*1/2 tsp Roasted cumin powder
*1/2 tsp Black pepper powder

Procedure:-
–Take 2 cups of soaked chickpeas (overnight) and boil them for a while. 
(don't boil them too much because their skin will start peeling off )
–After keeping them cool, Now add sliced paneer into chickpeas.
–Add all chopped vegetables as well.
–Now, Introduce Roasted peanuts into the mixture.
–Add chopped Coriander leaves.
Let's prepare salad seasoning:-
–Take a bowl.
–Put olive oil into the bowl and then start adding all the spices into it (such as salt, black salt, black pepper powder, chaat masala, cumin powder)
–Now add lime juice.
–Mix it well.
–Pour this seasoning on the mixture of chickpeas and veggies.
Now chickpea salad is all set to eat!! yummy!!

4)HEALTHY WHEAT COOKIES:-

Ingredients:-
*1 kg Wheat flour
*250 g Gram flour
*1/2 kg Ghee
*1/2 kg Sugar (powdered)
*1/2 kg Milk
*Dry Nuts- Cashew, Almond, Pistachio (quantity as per taste)
*1 tbsp Baking powder

Quantity:-
2-3 kg Biscuits or cookies
(One can eat daily in breakfast with tea or coffee or milk or any other preferable drink.)

Procedure:-
–Take a Bowl.
–Mix wheat flour and gram flour properly.
–Take Ghee and Powdered sugar together in another bowl and mix well until it becomes a creamy batter.
–Then add the baking powder into the creamy batter.
–Now Combine both the mixtures and mix them with your hands properly.
–Add all dry nuts into the combined mixture.
–Now mix it well to make a dough.
–After preparing a smooth dough
–Make small balls and press them from the centre to make a little flat shape.
–Take a tray to bake biscuits.
(one can also use the idli maker tray.)
–Place balls into a tray.
–Preheat the cooker or the oven.
(If you are using a cooker then make sure you are using it without a rubber ring and vessel. And always place some salt and utensil stand as the base of tray in cooker.)
–In Oven at 150 degrees centigrade, It will take 15-20 minutes to bake cookies appropriately.
(In the cooker after preheating for 10 minutes, it will take 15 minutes on low flame to cook properly.)
–Wait for them to cool.
Now delicious and healthy cookies are ready to eat!!
