This summer apply D-D formula (Drink to Detox)

Nowadays in fast modern life, because of polluted environment, we breathe dusty air and we consume unhealthful things like fast foods, fried foods, processed foods, packaged foods regularly. Such foods are greatly hard for our body to digest. They grip the walls of our intestine and form an enormous layer of bacteria, moulds and viruses. It's like, that pizza you ate months ago might still relaxing in your stomach, I know it sounds astonishing but it's reality. This Toxic waste affects our whole body functioning. This Toxic waste gets transferred to several organs through the bloodstream and leads to causing health problems.

  • If toxins stick to layers of skin–We call it 'ACNE'.
  • If it blocks the airways–It causes 'ASTHMA'.
  • If it gets accumulated in the intestines–It causes 'CONSTIPATION'.
So, If you don't discharge out these toxins from the body then you are tempting health issues.
Now the question emerges 'HOW DO WE REMOVE TOXINS FROM OUR BODY?' OR 'HOW TO DETOX OUR BODY?'.
The Easiest way is to have a healthy detox drink daily.

So, now I am sharing some easy homemade drinks recipes to stay detox this summer. 


*WATERMELON DETOX SMOOTHIE:-

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Indian cucumber
  • 1 cup watermelon (sliced)
  • 1-2 springs of mint
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • Pinch of pink Himalayan salt.
  • Water (as per the requirement to keep it smooth)
Procedure:
Add Indian cucumber(peeled and sliced), watermelon(sliced and remove its seeds), Chia seeds, Mint, lemon juice and salt to a blender jar and blend until smooth.
–Add water according to the thickness of the mixture and blend it once. Neither makes it too much thick nor too fragile.
Keep it in the refrigerator to cool down, then drink this healthy and delicious smoothie with a straw.

*CUCUMBER MINT DETOX WATER:-

Ingredients:
  • 1 Cucumber (without peeling, sliced)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2-3 springs of mint
  • A small slice of Ginger
  • Water (as per the requirement)
Procedure:
–Put all the ingredients into a jar and add 400-450 ml water into it.
–Now cover the jar with lead and let it infuse for 4-5 hours.
After min. 4-5 hours your healthy cucumber drink is ready to detox your body.

*SUMMER DETOX TEA:-
Ingredients:
  • 3-4 springs of mint
  • Leafy green tea
  • Dry lemongrass
  • 1 Tsp fennel seeds (saunf)
  • 1-2 cloves
Procedure:
–Add one cup of water to a pan.
–Add one full tsp of leafy green tea, one tsp of fennel seeds, cloves and one tsp of lemongrass.
–Bring this mixture to a boil.
–When it gets boiled, turn off the gas. (don't cook it for a long time) 
–After turning off the gas, Add mint leaves into the mixture and cover the pan with lead.
–Keep it covered for 10-15 minutes. So that flavours get mixed properly through steam.
Now strain it and serve it!!

*DETOX TOMATO CARROT SOUP:-

Ingredients:
  • 2 cup carrots (peeled and sliced)
  • 2 cup tomatoes (sliced)
  • 1 cup pumpkin (peeled and sliced)
  • Salt (as per taste)
  • Black Pepper 
  • Water (as per the requirement of mixture)
Serving: 
5-6 people 
Procedure:
–Put all the veggies (pumpkin, carrot and tomatoes) into a pan and add some water into it.
–keep the pan to heat and cover it with lead.
–cook the veggies for 15-20 minutes.
–Now turn off the gas and keep the mixture for rest to cool down.
–Peel the boiled tomato slices and then put this veggies mixture into a blender jar.
–Add some water as well into the blender jar to make the mixture watery.
–After blending the mixture properly, Put it into the same pan and let it boil for 10 minutes or until midst.
–Add salt and black pepper to it (according to your taste).
Now turn off the flame and your healthy-delicious soup is ready to drink!!

*FRUITY DETOX SMOOTHIE:-

Ingredients:
  • 3-4 Small Peaches
  • 1/2 cup Green Grapes
  • 1 Indian Cucumber
  • 40 ml Barley juice
  • 3-4 Mint springs
  • Water (as per requirement)
Procedure:
–Add peeled and sliced peaches into a blender jar.
–Then add grapes and Cucumber slices (peeled) into the jar.
–Now add Mint, Barley juice as well.
–Blend this mixture properly.
–Add water into the mixture according to the consistency and blend it again.
Delicious Fruity Smoothie is ready to drink, Enjoy it!!
